Terms of Service

House Six is an independent electronic music media platform operated by Mathieu, based in France. We premiere electronic music tracks on our SoundCloud and YouTube channels, as well as on related social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Website: housesix.fr

Artists and labels can submit tracks via our submission form. If a track is accepted, House Six schedules and publishes a premiere on its channels in exchange for a fee. The full workflow (submission, review, payment, scheduling, publication) is handled through this website.

By submitting a track, you confirm that:

• You own or control all rights to the audio, artwork, and metadata you submit, or you have explicit permission from all rights holders to grant us a license to publish them.
• The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other right.
• Information you provide (artist name, track name, links, payment info) is accurate and up to date.

By submitting and paying for a premiere, you grant House Six a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, publish, distribute, and promote the submitted track and artwork on our channels and connected social platforms (SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and similar) in the form of full-length videos, snippets, stories, shorts, and recap posts. You retain ownership of your content. This license remains valid for the published material even if you later cancel your collaboration with us.

Payment is processed via Stripe or PayPal at the rate displayed during submission. Once a premiere is paid and scheduled, payment is generally non-refundable. If House Six cancels a premiere on its side (technical issue, content violation, schedule conflict), a full refund is issued. Disputes can be resolved by contacting us before the premiere date.

House Six reserves the right to refuse, delay, or remove any submission at any time and for any reason — including (but not limited to) low audio quality, copyright concerns, content that conflicts with our editorial line, or violation of any platform's terms of service (SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

Premieres are published on third-party platforms that have their own terms of service. House Six is not responsible for the actions of these platforms (takedowns, demonetization, account suspension, content ID claims). You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with their rules.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. House Six does not guarantee a specific number of plays, views, followers, or revenue from any premiere.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House Six's total liability arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the premiere in question.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms or if continued service is no longer feasible.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply.
