Harrison BDP makes it a hat trick of releases via Dansu Discs with his 'Orbiter' EP. The release includes a pair of remixes from one of the godfathers of the modern UK house sound, Archie Hamilton, returning the favour following Harrison's double pack of remixes on his 'Kick It' EP on the same imprint last year.
The EP commences with the title track 'Orbiter'. An intergalactic jam like the title suggests, trippy synthesisers, organs and a bass line deeper than the Atlantic characterise the impressive opener. 'Couch Surfer' is next up which is slightly darker in tone whilst sticking to the EP's overall psychedelic motif.
Archie Hamilton then steps up adding his trademark spin on the aforementioned tracks. Intricate drum programming and hip shaking bass lines are some of the stand out elements of Archie's interpretations leading to an exceptionally well rounded four tracker from the Dansu Discs crew.
