Rolling into the summer, Tamango Records' release number 40 is courtesy of another young hot prospect: Stefan Meser with 'The Use' EP. The Dutch wonderkid is one of many talents that the Netherlands keep delivering, and his release on Prunk's PVCLB earlier in March is the utmost proof of why he is under many people's radar.
